Why are we surprised? It’s been going on for years under our eyes. It’s called URBAN SPRAWL. Baby boomer’s, BOBOs or Bourgeois Bohemians and Xers have been practising or abusing this way of life for years without ant restrain and they dont care where they go and what they pollute as long as there is a good view in the best of places where they can build their so called “roughing it” cabins. The above Double Income No Kids (DINKS) cabins look more like mansions that can house a large community. What is starting to bother “We the people of waste who just woke up out of our denial and weed induced stupor” is the fact that Baby Boomers, BOBOS and Xers will be doing this on a grand scale with no end in sight to keep up with the Jones in their heads. These Yuppy Boomers, BOBOs and Xers are buying up working farms and large portions of land that they will never use, just to own them because they can and once watched Bonanza on TV as kids. So why are we surprised? It will help create more jealousy among the neighbors who are moving out of the wasted neighborhoods of yesteryear sprawls and the ones staying back, hence more anxiety of being left out and hence more demand for prime ecological property until the whole countryside is invaded by this Baby Boomer, BOBO and Xer head disease which is all part of a gready and destructive way of thinking and living by inventing a good excuse to land grab everything that isn’t tied down. These above addicts just couldn’t “get enough of them sugar scrisps” when they were kids growing up greedy minus delayed gratification and now they can continue to bring the whole economy down for the next generation.
